MouseFlow pipeline is developed by the Sherbrooke Connectivity Imaging Lab (`SCIL`_) and the Neurofunctional Imaging Group (GIN-IMN) in order to process diffusion MRI dataset from the raw data to the tractography. The pipeline is based on Nextflow and Singularity.
